Banner Health, in coordination and cooperation with the University of Arizona Valley Fever Center for Excellence, adopted new clinical practice protocols developed with input of center director John Galgiani, MD, to help physicians more quickly recognize, diagnose and treat patients with Valley fever infections. Banner agreed to make these protocols available publicly to broaden their exposure among community physicians. The center also is conducting related public workshops at Banner facilities. Learn more
