Research Interest:
I work on the correlations between the presence of the fungi Coccidioides spp. in soil and soil chemical properties. My analyses focus mainly on the carbon and nitrogen pools and the microbial biomass. The outputs of my study will support the building of a predictive model on the spatial and temporal distribution of Coccidioides spp. in soil.
