The Valley Fever Evaluation and Management Program

In the summer of 2007, the Valley Fever Center for Excellence in cooperation with the University Physicians Healthcare Hospital established the Valley Fever Evaluation and Management Program. The Program was created to assist patients already told that they are suffering from Valley Fever. It would not be appropriate for patients who have not yet been diagnosed and such patients should seek help from their primary care physician or other referral sources. The program seeks to optimize the care of patients with Valley Fever by first staging the activity of their infection and then coordinating a diagnostic and treatment plan that may involve a variety of medical or surgical subspecialties as appropriate. The program is located at 2800 East Ajo Way, Tucson Arizona, 85713. Physicians or patients wishing to contact the Program can use the following contact information:

Local telephone number: (520)-694-8888
Toll-free number: 800-524-5928
